Hi, I’m Millie —
…a telehealth psychologist, teacher, and mum of two, living on a farm in rural NSW.
If you’ve found yourself here, it’s probably because something inside feels off. Maybe it’s been that way for a while. Maybe you’re holding a lot, for your family, for your work, for everyone else, and wondering when it’s your turn to feel okay.
This space is for that. It’s for you.
My Approach
I believe mental health isn’t something we fix, it’s something we tend to, like a garden. Gently. Over time. With care.
I work with people of all ages, kids, teens, adults, older adults and every session is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story. Whether you're battling anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or just don’t quite feel like yourself anymore, I’m here to walk alongside you. No judgement. No pressure. Just support that meets you where you are.
As a telehealth psychologist, I work entirely online so you can show up just as you are, from the quiet of your own space, anywhere in NSW. Pajamas, tea in hand, messy hair, all welcome.
I use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and combinations of all, but more importantly, I listen. Really listen.
Because I know that healing doesn’t happen from a textbook, it happens when you feel safe, seen, and never rushed.
I’m fully registered with the Psychologist Board of Australia and AHPRA, and committed to ethical, grounded care. But beyond the qualifications, I’m just a real person, someone who gets that life can be a lot sometimes.
If you’re tired, hurting, or just ready to feel a little more like yourself again, I’d love to support you.
