Medicare Rebated Sessions

If you’ve received a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

This is a great option for those seeking support with things like anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, or adjusting to life’s challenges. I’m fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and regulated by AHPRA, which means sessions meet Medicare's requirements for psychological care.

Insurance Funded Sessions

I accept referrals from third-party insurers, such as workplace injury providers, rehabilitation programs, or case-managed services.

Coverage varies depending on the insurer, so feel free to get in touch if you'd like to confirm whether this option is available for you.

Self-Referral Sessions

No referral? That’s completely okay. Many of my clients book sessions privately, without a GP plan or funding provider.

Private sessions offer flexibility, discretion, and support on your terms — whether you're starting therapy for the first time, returning after a break, or just curious about whether it's right for you.

NDIS Counselling Services

For many, the NDIS is more than a support plan — it’s a doorway to real change. I provide goal-oriented, emotionally attuned NDIS counselling via telehealth for participants seeking more confidence, self-understanding, and balance in their mental health journey.

Clinical Supervision for Psychologists

As a Board Approved Supervisor, registered through AHPRA and the Psychologist Board Australia, I offer online supervision via telehealth for:

  • Provisional psychologists completing 4+2 or 5+1 programs

  • Psychologists returning to practice

  • Peer consultation for registered psychologists

If you're looking for an experienced telehealth psychologist to support your professional growth, I’d love to connect. Just fill out the contact form or email me.
